Roeder Industries is proud to provide customer orders via will call, local delivery, UPS and freight.
Shipping and Freight
All orders will be shipped best way via UPS Ground or freight unless otherwise specified. COD customers will be responsible for any additional COD Fee instituted by the carrier. Large or heavy orders may be shipped via common carrier. Orders may carry a minimum $5.00 handling charge per order. The purchaser is responsible for all freight and handling charges pertaining to the order unless otherwise specified.
Shipping Locations
Most orders ship from our Orlando warehouse, but certain equipment or non-stock items may ship direct from the manufacturer. These orders may be subject to handling or dropship fees and additional shipping costs.
Same Day Shipping
99% of orders placed before 2pm (EST) ship same day from our warehouse in Orlando, Florida.
Please refer to the UPS map above for transit times.
For dropship items, please allow a few extra days for orders to process through our vendor prior to shipping.
Local Delivery
Delivery on the home field
We offer local delivery services to a limited local area for a $15.00 fee. The $15 fee is a total of a $10 delivery fee and a $5 fuel surcharge fee. When ordering online, should your shipping address qualify, the local delivery option will populate during shipping estimates and checkout.
There is a minimum purchase of $50 to qualify for local delivery. Should your order not total $50 and local delivery is selected at checkout, your order will be available at the Orlando location for pickup.
